How come that a non-English speaking country like Thailand can be so much present in the predominantly English Internet? Top that!

I don't know too much about South Asian Univesities but I know Every year Top possition holders here in Harward,Oxford,Cambridge,I.A.E are from University of the Punjab Lahore, Delhi University & Quaid e Azam University.800 years old record in E.U is broken by one young guy from University of the Punjab name Ali Moaeen Nawazish.
